HI, i’m christy.
I am so glad you’re here.
I know firsthand how grief, trauma, and unexpected loss can reshape your world. I’ve walked through pregnancy loss, postpartum depression, and complex trauma, and I understand how overwhelming it can feel when emotions don’t make sense, and healing feels out of reach.
Through my own healing journey, my clinical training, and my experience sitting with countless clients walking a similar path, I’ve learned that trauma doesn’t just disappear with time. Motherhood, loss, and identity are deeply intertwined. You don’t have to “fix” yourself or push through the hard stuff alone. Therapy isn’t about forcing yourself to move on - it’s about holding space for your story, honoring your pain, and finding a path forward that feels true to you.
I specialize in working with:
Women navigating infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and pregnancy loss
Parents struggling with identity shifts, anxiety, burnout, and trauma
Survivors of religious trauma, sexual trauma, and childhood wounds
Those untangling shame, intimacy struggles, and faith-related questions
I believe healing happens in safe, compassionate spaces where you feel seen and supported. Therapy with me isn’t just about talking - it’s about creating a space where you can finally exhale, process what’s been weighing you down, and take steps toward a life that feels lighter, more aligned, and whole.
You deserve a space to heal.
I’m here to help you process, find clarity, and move forward in a way that feels right for you.

We often find ourselves in the midst of pain and suffering, feeling stuck and confused about how we got here. We just want the suffering to go away. Maybe you tell yourself that if you push through, you’ll feel better - but instead, the weight lingers. You might experience intrusive thoughts, anxiety, or emotions you don’t quite understand. Maybe you’ve been through trauma, loss, or grief but struggle to name it as such.
I believe that healing begins with understanding. When we don’t fully grasp our experiences, we often internalize the pain - believing we are the problem rather than recognizing what we’ve been through.
I approach therapy through the lens of “What happened to you?” rather than “What’s wrong with you?” When we shift the narrative, we take the pathology out of our struggles. We move from “I’m broken beyond repair” to “I am worthy and whole, just as I am.”
I also know that we heal in relationships, yet relationships are often the places where we’ve been hurt the most. Sharing your story can feel terrifying, especially if past experiences have left you feeling unsafe, unseen, or dismissed. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, not judged.
Healing isn’t about “fixing” yourself. It’s about making sense of your story in a way that feels safe, compassionate, and true to you.
A few of my favorite things.
