My Specialties
Where I do my best work
01 trauma & complex childhood experiences
Not all trauma is loud or visible. You might have grown up walking on eggshells or never feeling truly emotionally safe — and now you’re left carrying the weight of what was never named.
I help women make sense of those early experiences, understand how they still live in the body, and begin to heal in a way that feels grounded and empowering.
02 sexual trauma
Whether recent or years ago, sexual trauma has a way of lingering — in your body, your relationships, and your sense of self.
I offer a safe, supportive space to gently explore what’s been buried or shut down. Together, we’ll move at your pace, working toward healing with compassion and care.
03 pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood
Becoming a mother can stir up unexpected emotions — from anxiety and intrusive thoughts to grief, identity shifts, or even birth trauma.
Whether you’re feeling lost in new motherhood or struggling to connect with your body or partner, we’ll make space for your story and help you find solid ground again.
04 pregnancy loss & reproductive grief
Grief after miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, or fertility struggles is often invisible. And yet, it changes everything.
You deserve a space where your loss is acknowledged, your pain is honored, and you’re met with compassion — not clichés.
05 Burnout and overfunctioning
You’re the one everyone counts on. And you’ve learned to keep it together — even when it’s costing you.
I work with high-achieving women who are running on empty to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and shift from just surviving to truly living.
You’re someone who appears to have it all together— at work, at home, with friends.
But inside? You’re barely holding it together.
You’ve carried so much for so long that it’s hard to even know what you feel anymore. You’ve done the therapy, read the books, tried the tools, checked every box. But something still feels… off.
Lately, it’s getting harder to ignore the ways trauma is still living in your body—how it’s shaping your relationships, your parenting, your sex life, your sense of self.
You feel stuck in patterns you know you don’t want to repeat. You might be constantly second-guessing yourself, overfunctioning for everyone else, or silently falling apart behind your polished exterior.
Maybe you’re carrying the weight of trauma—recent or decades old—that leaves you anxious, disconnected, and exhausted. Maybe you’re the one everyone leans on: the achiever, the helper, the responsible one.
Or maybe you’re a high-performing woman who looks “fine” on the outside—but inside, you’re carrying grief, shame, or wounds that never fully healed.
DOES ANY OF THIS RESONATE WITH YOU?
You’ve put in a lot of effort. Therapy. Growth work. Faith. And still… peace feels just out of reach. The old pain keeps resurfacing, and the relief you’ve found hasn’t quite touched the deeper places.
It’s not that you’re doing something wrong. It’s that you’re ready to go deeper. To finally get to the root of what’s really going on.
I get it— I’ve been there, too.
Not in the exact same way you have — your story is uniquely yours. But I know what it’s like to be the one holding it all together on the outside while feeling like you’re unraveling inside.
To carry trauma that others can’t see. To smile in meetings, parent your kids, show up for everyone else — while quietly wondering if it’s always going to feel this hard.
My own journey through trauma, loss, and healing is what led me here. I know how vulnerable it is to reach out for help — especially when you’re the one who usually has it handled. That’s why I’ve created a therapy space that’s warm, safe, and never rushed — a space where you don’t have to explain everything to be understood.
You deserve support that honors both your strength and your pain. Support that helps you reconnect with yourself—not just manage the symptoms, but truly heal.

HI, I’M CHRISTY.
I help high-achieving women who are tired of carrying it all finally feel grounded, whole, and free.
You’ve done the work. You’ve held everything together. And still, something’s missing. You’re ready for real, lasting change—the kind that reaches all the way to the root.
I specialize in working with women who feel the weight of their past, the pressure of perfection, or the ache of unresolved grief. Women who look “fine” on the outside, but inside feel anxious, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them.
Many of my clients are navigating:
the deep wounds of sexual trauma
the unseen overwhelm of motherhood
the heartbreak and isolation of pregnancy loss
Others are facing burnout, shame, or a quiet sense that something’s just off.
Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to figure it out alone anymore.
Therapy with me is a place where you get to take off the mask.
Where you don’t have to perform or be “fine.” Where your story is honored, your emotions are welcome, and your body can begin to feel safe again.
We’ll work together to gently uncover the patterns that once helped you survive — and begin to heal what’s beneath them.
This is a space of compassion, not judgment.
A space where you’re met with honesty, curiosity, and care as you untangle what’s been weighing you down. Whether you’re struggling with shame, disconnection, faith, motherhood, or just the pressure to be everything for everyone. This is where healing begins.
how i work.
Therapy with me isn’t cold or clinical—it’s relational, collaborative, and deeply human.
My clients often tell me they feel more seen in our work together than they ever have before. That’s not an accident — it’s the result of a trauma-informed, embodied presence that’s grounded, warm, and deeply attuned.
You don’t have to perform, impress, or explain everything perfectly here. You get to show up just as you are and be met with curiosity, care, and respect for your inner world.
Our work won’t be about giving you surface-level coping skills or quick fixes. We’ll slow down together and listen to what your body and emotions are really trying to say. From there, we’ll begin to untangle the deeper patterns — the ones that have kept you stuck in stress, shame, or survival mode — with compassion and clarity.
I integrate EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and parts work based on Internal Family Systems (IFS), which are approaches that help us go beyond traditional talk therapy to get to the root of what’s going on, especially when trauma is part of your story.
Whether we’re working with a younger part of you who never felt safe, or processing painful memories stored in your nervous system, we’ll move at a pace that honors your body and your capacity.
This is deep, embodied healing. And I’ll be with you in it — present, engaged, and invested in your growth every step of the way.
The Process
01 Reach out
Start with a free 15-minute consultation so we can get to know each other. I’ll answer your questions, share more about how I work, and help you decide if this feels like the right fit. Therapy is a deeply personal investment — and our connection is where the real work begins.
02 Invest in yourself
Together, we’ll tune into the signals your body and emotions are sending—gently exploring the roots of your current struggles. Using EMDR and parts work, we’ll begin to heal the protective patterns that once helped you cope — but may now be holding you back from the life you want.
03 Real, lasting relief
With presence, safety, and deep care, you’ll reconnect with the parts of yourself that have felt distant or hidden. This isn’t about just managing symptoms — it’s about healing from the inside out, so you can live with more ease, clarity, and self-trust.

You’ve tried to figure it out on your own. It helped… but only to a point. Let’s try something different—and make real change this time.
