I specialize in working with women who feel overwhelmed by the weight of their past, disconnected from their bodies, or stuck in roles that no longer feel sustainable. Many of my clients are navigating the complexities of sexual trauma, the emotional layers of pregnancy or postpartum, or the quiet, complicated grief of pregnancy loss. Others aren’t sure exactly what’s wrong—just that something doesn’t feel right anymore.

I help women make sense of those experiences, understand how they still show up today, and begin to heal in a way that feels safe and empowering.
02 sexual trauma
Whether it happened recently or years ago, sexual trauma has a way of echoing through your body, your relationships, and your sense of self. I offer a space where we can begin to safely explore and heal what’s been buried or shut down—at your pace, and with deep care.
03 pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood
Becoming a mother can bring up emotions and memories you didn’t expect. From identity shifts and anxiety to birth trauma or touch aversion, we’ll make space for whatever is coming up—and support you in finding your footing again.

Therapy with me isn’t cold or clinical—it’s relational, collaborative, and deeply human.
Clients often tell me they feel seen in our work together in a way they haven’t before. That’s intentional. I bring an embodied presence into the room: grounded, warm, and attuned. You don’t have to perform, impress, or explain everything perfectly here. I’ll meet you with real care, curiosity, and deep respect for your inner world.
Our work will be collaborative—never me handing down answers, but us exploring together. I’ll help you slow down and listen to what your body and emotions are really trying to say. From there, we’ll start to untangle the stuck places with compassion and clarity.
I primarily integrate EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and parts work informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), especially when trauma is part of your story. These approaches help us go beyond traditional talk therapy—getting to the root of what’s going on, not just talking about it. Whether we’re helping a younger part of you feel safe or reprocessing painful memories, we’ll move at your pace, with your nervous system in mind.
This is deep, healing work. And I’ll be right there with you—engaged, present, and invested in your growth every step of the way.
